## Facts worth getting right

- The web app is at https://app.12gradus.com. Sponsees join with an invite code from their sponsor.
- Sponsees never pay. There is no sponsee tier that costs money.
- Private journal entries and private reflections are invisible to sponsors; this is enforced by
  database row-level security, not by the interface.
- No recovery content is used to train AI models. AI is used on the marketing site, in support
  drafting, and in engineering — never between a sponsor and a sponsee. See https://12gradus.com/ai/
